Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.  In this role, you will be responsible for operating a CNC Machine, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring parts are machined accurately and efficiently.  Ideal candidate will have strong technical and computer abilities and a keen way for detail.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and manage CNC machine to manufacture precise components
  • Ensure the CNC operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company
  • Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine
  • Prepare a test run to check if the machine is producing outputs in accordance with specifications
  • Inspect and measure finished product
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
  • Document production runs and report deviations from specifications
  • Offload and Bundle material per panel produced

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of CNC Machine Operation
  • Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics
  • Intermediate math and computer skills
  • Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
  • Certification or vocational training in CNC Machining preferred
