Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a CNC Machine, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring parts are machined accurately and efficiently. Ideal candidate will have strong technical and computer abilities and a keen way for detail.
Qualifications:Responsibilities:
- Set-up and manage CNC machine to manufacture precise components
- Ensure the CNC operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine
- Prepare a test run to check if the machine is producing outputs in accordance with specifications
- Inspect and measure finished product
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
- Document production runs and report deviations from specifications
- Offload and Bundle material per panel produced
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of CNC Machine Operation
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics
- Intermediate math and computer skills
- Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Certification or vocational training in CNC Machining preferred
