Duties

You will serve as the Regional Inventory Accuracy Officer with overseeing the command wide inventory accuracy.,You will work with both internal and external customers developing work methods, techniques, and standard operating procedures for command operations.,You will act as the Subject Matter Expert with thorough knowledge of supply management and inventory accuracy regulations/policies.,You will monitor performance measures to ensure timeframes and benchmarks are being met.,You will identify and define reporting and reconciliation processes from site systems to technology systems.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating knowledge of supply regulations, inventory accuracy policies and procedures, and/or investigating inventory discrepancies. Examples of specialized experience must include most or all of the following; 1) Utilizing supply management and inventory accuracy regulations/policies to prepare reports and perform inventory oversight; 2) Assisting with identifying discrepancies between physical inventory and information technology systems to resolve inventory issues; 3) Ensuring data integrity for inventory transactions and movement of materials; 4) Reconstructing inventory management records or supply transactions to ensure inventory record accuracy for audit purposes; 5) Assisting with evaluating supply programs and technology to evaluate managerial effectiveness. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree Or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree Or LL.M., if related **Education must be directly related to the duties of the position** A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
