About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Alpharetta, GA. This is more than just a leadership role-it's an opportunity to build a thriving culture, elevate resident experiences, and drive performance in one of the most impactful industries.

The Executive Director will oversee the overall operations of the community, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement. This individual will serve as the face of the community, building relationships with residents, families, and the greater Alpharetta community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all operations of the community, serving as the primary contact for residents, staff, families, and the public.

• Hire, train, motivate, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and compassion.

• Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction through excellent service delivery, proactive problem solving, and clear communication.

• Oversee budgets, occupancy goals, and financial performance while seeking innovative ways to enhance revenue and reduce expenses.

• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies.

• Engage with residents and families through service plan reviews, surveys, and consistent visibility within the community.

• Represent Inspired Living in the broader Alpharetta community through civic involvement and professional networking.

• Step in as needed to support staffing needs and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, gerontology, or related field preferred.

• 2–4+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or related healthcare/hospitality fields.

• Proven success in operations management, budgeting, and team leadership.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• State/Local Administrator certifications (as required by Georgia).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic technology platforms.

• Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive, resident-centered culture.
