Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Operations
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in the showroom.
• Manage all shipping & receiving of product sample to and from the Showroom.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and loss.
• Ensure all products are correctly ticketed and priced to company standards.
Showroom Management
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist visual merchandising initiatives to reflect seasonal assortments, brand standards, and sales goals.
• Manage daily showroom upkeep, including product displays, signage, music, and lighting adjustments.
Cross-Department Collaboration
• Partner with the Product Development and Photography teams on new product samples.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Sales teams on product training initiatives for staff and clients.
Team & Sales Support
• Supervise and assist showroom merchandising staff with daily tasks and special projects as needed during setup.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising in our Atlanta Showroom as needed.
• Support the sales team during client meetings — prepare product presentations and ensure samples/displays are ready.
Qualifications
• 3+ years in showroom, retail, or wholesale business (home décor, apparel, or similar industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing inventory systems and shipping/receiving processes.
• Proven visual merchandising skills is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience in POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
• On-site position in a fast-paced wholesale showroom.
• Occasional evenings/weekends required during market weeks, product launches, or special events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of word processor, database and spreadsheet software.
- Able to work weekends on occasion.
