Your day in the life of a CVM Manager at amaysim
As a CVM Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving retention and revenue within our customer base. You will lead key projects, develop and optimize strategies, and translate the value of CVM into measurable business outcomes.
- You will contribute to an innovative and agile team approach, leading by example and evolving our ways of working alongside new technological innovations.
- You will be a key collaborator in projects passionate about new products or features, driving retention within the amaysim customer base. Additionally, you will partner with the Senior Marketing Technology Manager and Marketing Automation Manager on personalized journeys using machine learning to drive retention and growth.
- Key responsibilities include accurately forecasting churn and growth performance, reducing hard churn through strategic projects, and driving app penetration and engagement.
What makes you perfect for the role?
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in project management and the ability to work in an agile environment. You should have experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud and a Customer Data Platform like Segment. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Pendula is a plus.
A tertiary qualification in a business/marketing-related field is needed. You should be commercially minded, results-driven, and possess outstanding time management, attention to detail, and project management skills. Expertise in managing the customer experience and end-to-end lifecycle journeys and communications is critical.
We seek someone with a customer-focused approach to marketing and the ability to manage and motivate people to achieve results and critical metrics. Strong communication skills, the ability to build successful relationships, and steer cross-functional teams are crucial. You should be adaptive to change, able to work well under stress and tight deadlines, and possess problem-solving skills to address issues proactively.
