Description
- Prepare, mix, and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure fruits, vegetables, and ingredients are properly washed, stored, and rotated (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist customers with product choices, provide samples, and answer questions about juices and health benefits.
- Operate juicing machines, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep track of inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages to the manager.
- Follow daily opening and closing procedures of the juice department.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to sales targets.
