Description

• Prepare, mix, and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
   
• Ensure fruits, vegetables, and ingredients are properly washed, stored, and rotated (FIFO).
   
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
   
• Assist customers with product choices, provide samples, and answer questions about juices and health benefits.
   
• Operate juicing machines, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
   
• Keep track of inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages to the manager.
   
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures of the juice department.
   
• Support promotional activities and contribute to sales targets.
