Position Summary

The Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist (Financials SME) will provide product expertise, functional leadership, and first-line resolution support for the Oracle Cloud ERP system. This role focuses on Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Projects, and Fixed Assets) and is responsible for ensuring system health, maintenance, and continuous improvements. You will work directly with business representatives to design, implement, and deliver end-to-end solutions, leveraging best practices of Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Projects, Fixed Assets).

• Partner with business users to understand functional requirements and translate them into solutions.

• Lead planning, development, testing, and deployment of core ERP applications.

• Maximize the use of technology to improve and streamline business processes.

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution accuracy.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoice holds, month-end closing, and asset depreciation.

• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to deliver successful implementations.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, data security, and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain detailed documentation for system changes and solutions.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 8–10 years of IT experience with focus on ERP systems.

• Proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (AP, AR, GL, Projects, Fixed Assets).

• Knowledge of programming, system development methodologies, SQL, PL/SQL.

• Experience with Oracle OBIEE, FDI, FAW, BI Publisher, OTBI.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials SME: AP, AR, GL, Projects, Fixed Assets)

• Reporting tools: Oracle Fusion Financials OTBI, BI Publisher

• Hands-on with OBIEE, FDI, FAW, SQL, PL/SQL

Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of ERP experience with a strong functional background.

• Works effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Comfortable working onsite at Millsboro, DE.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $116,000 – $140,000
