As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier talent for both technical and commercial roles across the organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to onboarding—and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers across departments. You will play a critical role in shaping the workforce that drives Ebco’s global success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, engineering, operations, IT, and manufacturing
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and refine interview processes
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Manage ATS systems, recruiting metrics, and candidate pipelines
  • Develop job postings, recruitment marketing content, and employer branding initiatives
  • Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and new hire transition
  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring velocity, candidate experience, and offer acceptance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS platforms
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sales
  • Knowledge of compliance and labor law fundamentals
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
