We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is the front line of support for our customers and internal teams, ensuring accounts are set up and maintained accurately, inquiries are handled promptly, and communication is professional and solution-driven. What You'll Do
Accurately set up and manage customer accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Process invoices and handle account reconciliations efficiently.
Provide support to the Route Service team as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED (Some college or an Associate's degree preferred).
At least one year of B2B customer service/account management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Professional phone manner with outstanding communication skills.
Proficient in typing/data entry and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills strongly preferred, but not required
Basic understanding of accounting clerical/bookkeeping procedures preferred.
Proven track record of reliable work performance.
Successful completion of pre-employment checks.
