We’re looking for a driven digital marketer who’s excited to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Inbound Performance Team, helping to shape and deliver paid media, SEO, and digital lead generation campaigns that fuel growth.
You’ll work closely with our agencies and Inbound Performance Managers to launch new campaigns, optimise existing ones, and bring fresh ideas that take our digital marketing to the next level.
What that means day to day
- Support day-to day execution of all paid advertising accounts across Google Ads and Bing, social, maintaining and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and all top-level account metrics.
- Work with the inbound and creative teams to develop campaign assets, such as ads, emails, and landing pages, that are aligned with brand guidelines and optimised for conversion.
- Monitoring KPIs set by the Inbound Performance Team with third-party agencies, to ensure that they are on track to cost effectively deliver paid and organic performance.
- Manage the regular reporting suite of the marketing performance activity and ensure all activity has clearly defined KPIs with appropriate analytics in place.
- Working with the Inbound Performance Team as well as third-parties to deliver quantity and quality of inbound organic leads through the delivery of effective technical and content lead, SEO tactics.
- Work with our external agencies to manage digital and programmatic media planning, forecasting, and performance.
