Position Summary
We are seeking two dynamic, tech-savvy interns to join our MOD Peru launch team. In this role, you will work directly with management to support day-to-day office operations, recruiting efforts, and business expansion initiatives. This is not a coffee-fetching internship — you’ll be involved in meaningful work from day one and gain the skills to grow into full-time roles such as Office Manager or Virtual Professional. Our goal is for every internship to evolve into a full-time salaried position with MyOutDesk!
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR and Operations teams with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Utilize the latest AI and Tech to improve efficiency - ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity (Slack Automation)
- Assist with onboarding new virtual professionals and tech compliance with our Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, record-keeping, and office organization.
- Help coordinate events, meetings, and company initiatives.
- Conduct market research to support MOD’s growth strategy in Peru.
- Manage data entry and reporting in our HR and operations platforms.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Work directly with Peru and US teams to develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with Virtual Professional Client Placement (VPCP) - Client Profiles and Interviews
- Provide feedback on Client Services - KPIs for VPs to ensure Client Success
- Train on the latest LMS and Coursera Curriculum to increase your knowledge and experience with the best practices and platforms for international business.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Recent Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
- Tech Enabled with the ability to work hybrid from anywhere - laptop, tablet, mobile powered devices
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written).
- AI Prompt Engineering proficiency is a huge differentiator (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grow, Perplexity, etc)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) in-office in Lima for the duration of the internship.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
