UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital an inpatient rehabilitation hospital programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Offering customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
How you’ll contribute
Pharmacist responsible for managing drug therapy protocols as a key member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Reviews, interprets, and evaluates medication orders to prevent and resolve drug-related issues. Provides accurate drug information and education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacy students. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of medication orders prior to entry and verifies prescriptions filled by technicians. Actively documents clinical interventions to support ongoing drug therapy quality improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Doctoral Degree Preferred
- State Pharmacy License
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
