With seven stocking branch locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, we are a fast-growing company representing premier manufacturers in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Hose & Fitting Sales Specialist to drive growth across Chester, Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York Counties. This role offers the opportunity to develop new business while expanding existing accounts in a dynamic and growing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Call on accounts in construction, aggregate, food, pharmaceutical, mechanical contractors, OEM, and general industry.
• Provide technical expertise, product recommendations, and exceptional service to customers.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial markets.
• Proven track record of territory growth and new account development.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
• Experience in hydraulic hose and fittings strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
