Position Overview:
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates, confirmations, and next steps.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status changes.
- Assist in drafting job postings and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Coordinate background checks, references, and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate status.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media postings, and internal recruiting events.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and employment regulations.
- Sourcing resumes from various job boards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or HR support experience; prior telecommunications or technology industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, etc. a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a customer service mindset.
- Experience with Pinpoint, Paylocity or similar tools.
- Recent experience with supporting recruiting teams.
