What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve (and exceed) goals
• Build and execute smart sales strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to keep us competitive and relevant
• Track performance through key metrics and coach your team to new levels of success
• Deliver ongoing training in product knowledge, customer care, and sales excellence
• Uphold dealership standards while fostering a positive, people-first culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in automotive sales, with management experience strongly preferred
• A deep understanding of sales strategies, customer service, and market trends
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a winning team
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth dealership environment
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
