Join our growing sales team at Groove Toyota! We’re currently seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Fleet Salesperson to help grow and manage our commercial and business-to-business vehicle sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, commercial clients, and fleet accounts.
  • Prospect new fleet customers through networking, outreach, and inbound inquiries.
  • Understand and present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to meet the needs of fleet and business clients.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive fleet quotes and proposals.
  • Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, and fleet services with the dealership team.
  • Stay current on manufacturer incentives, fleet programs, and commercial vehicle options.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, fleet sales experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize client needs.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
