Groove Toyota is a customer-focused dealership committed to excellence in service and operations. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented leader to manage both inventory and customer relations.

Position Overview:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for leading the Customer Relations team, managing dealership lot operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver on customer commitments. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay is based on experience and qualifications: Up to $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Customer Relations team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and track dealership We Owes to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to fulfill outstanding customer promises (keys, accessories, repairs,      etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of We Owes and follow up with customers as needed.
• Supervise lot organization, including vehicle keys, labeling, and inventory accuracy.
• Support the sales team with inventory needs and customer delivery preparation.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving.
• Assist with dealership reporting and internal communication related to inventory and customer commitments.
• Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to coordinate inventory flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Requirements

• Previous dealership or automotive experience strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems; experience with dealership software is a plus (CDK preferred) .
• Toyota experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and  drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
