What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years payroll, accounting, or relevant finance experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Strong verbal/written communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy; high attention to detail
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; team player
Ability to manage time and follow through, with high level of initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
Ability to drive process improvements on a departmental basis
Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations in a professional manner, including meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
