WE ARE HIRING!
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team! As a Human Resources Generalist you will serve as a cross-functional HR professional, supporting multiple HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role partners with department leaders and HR team to implement HR programs and policies that support employee engagement and organizational goals. This position will provide guidance to employees and leaders on HR matters and help ensure a consistent and compliant application of HR practices.
In This Role, You Will:
- Build positive relationships with organizational leaders
- Provide guidance to leaders on day-to-day employee issues and policy interpretation
- Coordinate hiring activities and support employee onboarding
- Interpret and communicate policies and procedures to staff and supervisors
- Support compliance efforts, including FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory tracking
- Coach leaders through employee performance management
- Work with departments on training needs
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide key HR metrics
- Participate in employee engagement and recognition efforts
- Assist with benefit and compensation administration
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and HR related certification preferred
- Minimum of 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR coordinator-level role
- Strong working knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, policy interpretation, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
