Our Transformational Growth Action Learning Program is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by offering students / fresh graduates hands-on experience that prepares them for the challenges of tomorrow.


Our internship program is structured to provide students / fresh graduates with invaluable hands-on experience that equips them for future career success. Participants will engage in impactful projects, allowing them to develop critical skills and gain deep insights into the business world.


While this internship is structured as an experiential learning opportunity without monetary compensation, it provides participants with a valuable chance to strengthen their resumes and lay a solid foundation for their careers. The skills and connections gained through this program are intended to serve as a significant stepping stone for students as they pursue their future endeavours.


About the Role

Program Structure Our Transformational Growth Action Learning Certification (ALC) Program is structured to provide students with comprehensive experience, working closely with our consultants and analysts. Here’s what students can expect. Interns will work alongside Frost & Sullivan consultants gaining invaluable insights into industry trends and practices.


Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of information provided by prospective clients through comprehensive secondary research.
  • Check if the contact already exists in the CRM system. If found, update the existing details as needed; if not, create a new contact entry.
  • Conduct research to gather and update accurate data on company revenue and employee count in the CRM.


Training and Certification

Interns will have access to training materials and a comprehensive evaluation. Upon successful completion, interns will be awarded a certification recognizing their achievements.


Duration and Commitment Hours

  • 2 months with a possibility of extension
  • Interns are required to report to our Chennai office from Monday to Friday during the first two weeks, as they will be engaged in intensive training. Following this, they will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, reporting to the office two to three days a week and working from home on the remaining days.


Required competencies

  • Fresh graduates looking for opportunities to immerse into consulting are also encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with working on large data sets, with analytical skills and hands-on experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong data management and organization skills, including creating, updating, and categorizing large databases using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic communication, with the ability to derive insights, develop outreach strategies, and present findings effectively.
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Strong multi-tasker and meets tight deadlines
  • Disciplined and adheres to high-quality standards
  • A strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
