What You Will Be Doing
The Rostering and Scheduling Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the Home Care Packages (HCP)/Support at Home (SAH) Program by effectively co-ordinating the rostering of Direct Care Workers. This position ensures timely and appropriate scheduling of services in accordance with client needs, care plans, staff availability and service delivery standards.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in the aged care, community services or health sector.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software such as ShiftCare, Microsoft office and client management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Clearance including current Police and Working with Children Checks prior to commencement.
• Knowledge of HCP and SAH Program guidelines.
• Experience working with older people or individuals with diverse needs.

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
