We are looking for Web Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and help build, test, and optimize email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of email marketing principles, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript, along with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive and visually appealing email templates using HTML, CSS, and Bluecore’s platform.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Ensure email compatibility across devices and email clients through thorough testing.Maintain and update existing email templates and modules.Stay current with email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance.Troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize performance.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in email development or front-end development.Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email.Basic knowledge of JavaScript for interactive elements.Experience working with Bluecore or similar email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).Understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and personalization.Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market trends.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of accessibility standards in email.Basic understanding of analytics and A/B testing.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
