  • Conduct outreach to founders and executives via LinkedIn and other channels to secure interviews for a book project.
  • Perform outbound calling using VoIP tools (e.g., RingCentral) to follow up with contacts and set appointments.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, calendar scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Assist with research tasks, such as identifying potential leads or compiling founder/company background information.
  • Track outreach activities and prepare progress reports for review.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize tasks and achieve outreach goals.

Hard Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Outreach Specialist.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and using VoIP applications (e.g., RingCentral, Skype, Google Voice).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with startups, entrepreneurship, or professional services is a plus.
  • Experience in lead research, lead mining, or appointment setting.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools for tracking outreach activities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced startup environment.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM - 1PM Pacific Standard Time Zone

Offer and Benefits:

  • $5-$6USD/hour
  • HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
