Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Academy team to create leads for selling delegate places to our courses. 
  • Generating new business through research using our extensive sister products, client communication and follow-up;  
  • Selling delegate places for allocated courses;  
  • Learning more about our brands through reading our news services in order to offer tailored products to both new and existing clients; 
  • Developing and maintaining contact with potential clients via email, telephone communication and face-to-face meetings;  
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan for products to meet sales targets;  
  • Pitching to clients and leads in a bespoke manner, ensuring that you always provide a high level of customer service.  

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • An ambitious individual genuinely interested in launching a career in sales.  
  • An aptitude for working towards targets and deadlines and devising a personal strategy to hit and exceed them 
  • Strong organisational skills  
  • Proven track record of independent working  
  • Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
