The Quality Administrator is responsible for administration of customer complaints, credits, and corrective actions. Additionally, the Quality Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining all quality databases as well as supports the audit function, including ISO9001:2015 certification audits.
Responsibilities:- Delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Administers customer complaints are administered and communicated in a timely manner
- Issues customer credits based on disposition of customer complaints and ensure customers are fully informed of changes to their complaint status
- Creates supplier corrective action based on data and information provided by the quality engineers
- Coordinates the execution of internal and external corrective actions to ensure customer issues are resolved in a sustainable manner.
- Updates product database to make regulatory data available to all the departments of the company to facilitate their work.
- Maintains all quality databases, including QC and QA quality databases, to make quality data available to all the departments of the company to facilitate their work
- Generates monthly quality reports to communicate key quality trends, performance against quality performance indicators, and work with quality engineers to communicate key interventions and corrective actions status.
- Issues non-conformances
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Works closely with Quality Control to quality audits are completed, recorded, and maintained.
No advanced degree required; Bachelor degree in data management, business, quality engineering, preferred.
- Five years of related experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO9001:2015
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in compliance documentation and reporting.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills; POSITIVE and friendly demeanor.
