Job Description:Link Solutions Inc. is seeking an Implementation and Planning Specialist to join our team in Quantico, VA.

- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
- Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
Our Implementation and Planning Specialist will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program under the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). In this role, you will develop, update, and execute plans and documentation aligned with USMC and DoD PKI initiatives across tactical and enterprise environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PKI implementation plans, CONOPS, and SOPs.
- Update documentation based on changes in DoD and USMC PKI policy and technology.
- Support waiver reviews for Programs of Record (PORs) requiring PKI exemptions.
- Enroll and support USMC Purebred CMD (Commercial Mobile Device) solutions.
- Participate in technical working groups (e.g., DoD PKI PIE, CPMWG, IPMSCG), providing analysis and briefings.
- Administer SharePoint-based knowledge management tools (collaboration sites, task tracking, document libraries).
- Track and manage Remedy tickets and SharePoint task lists related to PKI projects.
- Draft technical documentation, including implementation guides, training materials, POA&Ms, A&A artifacts, and system configurations.

Qualifications:- U.S. Citizen
- Active or obtainable Secret DoD Clearance
- Four (4+) years of relevant experience in DoD PKI planning and implementation roles
Certifications:
- IAM Level I Certification (Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security) equivalent or higher.
- ITIL v4 Foundations
Preferred:
- Experience with SharePoint list/database administration and configuration
- Familiarity with Purebred/CMD and mobile credential solutions
- Understanding of DoD PKI architecture and validation systems
- Strong documentation skills using MS Office and DoD formats
- Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next 2 months, at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
