Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Fitters for projects located in and around Wickliffe, KY.  This is a second shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $24/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a Marine Fitter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:          

• Repair work on towboats and river barges, with some new construction as needed

• Primarily stainless steel work, with some carbon steel

• Layout from blueprints modules/assemblies for construction of barges, towboats, and marine equipment

Requirements:

• • Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Able to pass fitter test
  • Able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Basic tools and PPE of the trade
