Oversee training, outreach, research, aquarium husbandry, and daily activities of student volunteers in the Marine Lab.

Position Duties

• Ensure all animals are fed on a daily basis and cared for properly
• Coordinate a team of lab assistants and volunteers to keep the lab functioning
• Assist with undergraduate research projects
• Address Institutional Animal Use and Animal Care Committee (IACUC) concerns
• Address Human Health and Safety (HHS) concerns
• Outreach to the public

Minimum Qualifications

• Background in Aquarium Sciences and Husbandry
• Background in Marine Biology
• Strong Leadership Skills
