We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Associate (SCA) to support our manufacturing plant in Eastman, GA. We are the leading manufacturer of an aluminum composite material known as Reynobond. Reynobond is primarily used in the commercial construction industry.
The Supply Chain Associate will perform receiving, material handling, inventory control functions, and provide support to other departments with respect to the overall “order to ship” process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
This is a day-shift hourly position, pay range $50-60k annually depending on experience. Some overtime and weekend work will be required. Hours are primarily 6am - 6pm, 4 days a week. There is a rotation to 7am - 3pm, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties in safe and efficient manner; follow all Safety rules
- Perform transfer functions to maintain inventory accuracy and quality
- Transport coated coil from storage location to the production line
- Remove scrap metal/wood from the production area
- Perform Receiving functions on incoming coil
- Perform cycle counts quarterly
- Maintain good communication with other associates and supervisor
- Backfill for Shipping Associates or other areas, as needed
- Daily 5S/housekeeping
- Update/maintain SWI, as needed

- Meet the minimum physical demands of the job.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma OR GED
- Ability to become forklift certified
- 2 years experience operating a forklift
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to climb onto a forklift and dismount safely
- Must be able to sit/stand for up to 2 hrs
- Must be able to bend/squat at a 45-degree angle
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility for up to 12 hours
- Must be able to work in high-heat conditions for up to 1 hour at a time
- Must be able to reach overhead, when needed
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of computer, data entry experience
