About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Manager at Humanitary Medical Center Inc, plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all medical products and services meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. 

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead quality improvement and compliance efforts for our primary care clinics. This role focuses on enhancing patient safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving clinical outcomes through data-driven initiatives and staff collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the medical clinic’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
  • Monitor clinical quality metrics (e.g., HEDIS, UDS) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
  • Investigate patient safety events and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training on quality protocols and support staff engagement in improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of healthcare quality or compliance experience, preferably in a primary care setting.
  • CPHQ, CPPS, or RN license preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of QI tools, data analysis, and regulatory requirement. 
  • Candidate must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
