What You Will Get To Do:
As the Predicine Marketing Lead you will focus on supporting development and execution of marketing strategies and messaging targeted towards Pharma and Biotech clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support the develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for CDx products/services tailored to the specific needs and interests of pharmaceutical companies.
- Working with cross functional partners to create and execute compelling messaging and content (e.g., presentations, case studies, white papers, digital assets) that effectively communicates the value proposition to key stakeholders within pharmaceutical companies (R&D, commercial, translational, regulatory, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with cross functional internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified commercial strategy for CDx partnerships.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and unmet needs within the pharmaceutical space, refining targeted messaging.
- Represent the company at key diagnostic symposia and publication platforms, fostering relationships and promoting the company's expertise in CDx development and partnerships.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., lead generation, engagement rates, conversion rates) and utilize insights for continuous improvement of strategies and tactics.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry best practices related to CDx development, validation, and commercialization, ensuring all messaging is accurate and compliant.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field) or business.
- Significant experience in companion diagnostics (CDx) development, in vitro assay development, and/or diagnostic strategy and clinical biomarker development within the pharmaceutical or diagnostic industry.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external diagnostic partnerships across global programs.
- Ability to convey complex scientific and technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully navigating complex environments.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is beneficial for direct communication with our global cross functional partners
- Experience in rare disease, oncology, or precision medicine.
