In this role, you will manage fleet-related projects and customer accounts while supporting systems, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage multiple customer accounts, including work order tracking, invoicing, and third-party system administration.
• Analyze fleet management needs, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on detailed data reviews.
• Build reports and data visualizations for internal teams and external customers to drive process improvement and satisfaction.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders—including senior leadership—to align on asset management practices and process enhancements.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects focused on data integrity, operational reporting, and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of experience in project management, account coordination, or operations support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems and standard business reporting tools.

• Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Greene, New York office and work remotely alternating weekly between:
  • Week A: 2 days in-office / 3 days remote
  • Week B: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $65,400 – $83,800 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
