Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Knowledge of record-keeping and report preparation techniques. Knowledge of data control procedures and data entry operations. Knowledge of record retrieval and storage systems. Ability of collecting and organizing data and information. Ability to have interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
