Description
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections of orders and shipments, and collaborating with the Integration Manager to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of orders and shipments to ensure compliance with internal standards.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate and resolve process quality issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
Prepare and present quality reports to Integration Manager.
Train staff on quality control standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ability to learn Integration systems (i.e. Monday.com, Netsuite, and Intellitrack).
Requirements
Qualifications
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Monday, Jotform, and Smartsheet.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
