Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Educate clients about our services, systems, and tools to ensure effective use.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a client service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
