This position requires someone who can lead by example, roll up their sleeves to solve real-time delivery challenges, and help scale a culture of ownership, accountability, and mission alignment.
Vertical & Program Leadership

- Serve as the player-coach, actively participating in program-level activities such as milestone planning, client meetings, staffing, reporting, and solution refinement.
- Act as an escalation point and hands-on problem solver for complex delivery challenges.
Operational Execution
- Drive operational rigor across delivery execution—establishing governance structures, tracking KPIs, conducting program reviews, and enforcing delivery standards.
- Collaborate with CyKor Operations to manage staffing, resourcing, and onboarding processes in line with delivery needs.
Contractual & Financial Management
- Monitor delivery execution across contracts and task orders for compliance, performance, and financial health.
- Partner with Contracts and Finance to manage burn rates, funding ceilings, contract modifications, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure teams are equipped to meet contractual obligations while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Interface closely with internal stakeholders—Contracts, BD, P&C, Engineering, and Finance—to ensure delivery alignment and organizational readiness.
- Support business development efforts through delivery input on proposals, solutioning, staffing models, and past performance documentation

- Mentor and guide Program Managers and delivery leads, fostering a team culture rooted in service, accountability, and shared mission.
- Lead with humility, transparency, and a commitment to enabling others—modeling the values of a servant leader and delivery-focused operator
