Duties & Functions:
- Order feed ingredients and schedule delivery to maintain inventory levels
- Manage receipt of ingredient deliveries into the mill following the company’s prescribed protocols to include proper sampling, grading, and directing ingredients to appropriate destinations in the mill.
- Maintain inventory database by entering received quantities of ingredients into the company’s accounting program.
- Process payments to vendors as directed.
- Submit samples of ingredients to laboratories for analysis.
- Maintain proper retention of receiving documentation.
- Assist with scheduling feed production and coordinating transportation for completed feed orders.
- Verify scaled weights of loads to load out tickets.
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep the facility safe, clean, and organized.
- Perform inventory audits on a monthly basis, reconciling any discrepancies in the system.
- Maintain visitor logs, answer phone calls, and manage office supply inventory.

Compensation:
Targeted pay range of $18.25-$21.50 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
