First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Regional Credit Supervisor to join the Credit Administration Division. This role will provide over-arching guidance, predominately related to commercial lending, to Wholesale Banking Group, Business Banking Officers/Line Officers within the Retail Banking Group, Commercial Banking Group, and Private Banking Division. From time to time, the Regional Credit Supervisor will also provide direction and guidance for larger residential and consumer loan transactions.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this level of role is $135,000 - $240,000 / per year; commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable discipline required
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable discipline coupled with a minimum of 10 years commercial lending experience preferred
• 7+  years of progressively responsible experience in commercial lending required
• 3+  years of supervisory/managerial experience required 
• Commercial lending and managerial/supervisory experience is required
• Strong overall credit background is essential
• Thorough understanding of available government loan products
• Able to travel independently to off-site locations for client meetings in a timely manner
