We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Architect with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions that integrate seamlessly. You will offer architecture oversight, partner with teams to ensure delivery success, and help shape our customers journey to a cloud-first strategy. 

Please note: this is a hybrid position and requires onsite presence at our customer's office in West London 3 days per week. 

Required skills:

  • 10+ years' experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated architect role.
  • Proven track record in defining integrations and data architectures within large, complex organisations. 
  • Strong understanding of modern software design principles and practices (able to review code, though not required to code day-to-day). 
  • Experience working in both Oracle Cloud and other vendor solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging engineering teams, business leaders, and external vendors. 

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Define and delivery to-be business and integration architectures, using our customers architectural decision record process.
  • Lead the design of integration and data architecture strategies across Oracle HCM Cloud and other vendor solutions.
  • Provide architectural oversight to engineering teams, ensuring delivery quality and alignment to design principles. 
  • Collaborate with Oracle and 3rd party vendors (including offshore partners) to drive seamless integration and system performance. 
  • Review code and technical design artefacts where necessary, ensuring alignment with modern software design principles. 
  • Navigate complex HRIS environments, resolving architectural challenges in partnership with business and technology teams.
  • Influence technical and business stakeholders, ensuring buy-in to solution decisions and long-term architecture roadmaps.
