JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours), 6 months, Non-Union position
LOCATION: Marshall, MN
As an Energy Assistance Program Processor, you’ll play a key role managing participant files, ensuring compliance, and keeping the team connected. If you’re detail-focused and passionate about making a real impact, we want you on our team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Review & Organize: Enter applicant data, organize files, and keep the process moving with your keen eye to detail.
• Coordinate Activities: Manage and plan the whole process of outreach events, and communicate with the team and
community.
• Support the Team: Assist your co-workers with duties to help maintain a strong team and client relationships.
• Negotiate and Advocate: Negotiate with vendors, handle emergencies calmly, and manage schedules all as you advocate for the clients.
• Lead with Excellence: Represent our agency’s mission and values in everything you do.
SKILLS TO WOW US:
• Strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage diverse communities.
• Tech-savvy and able to handle computer tasks with ease.
• A knack for understanding program regulations and requirements.
• Strong work ethic to work independently or as a team.
• Math and taxes are a breeze.
• Reviewing large amounts of information and data is second nature.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma, or GED
• Additional course work in area related to position preferred
• Six months to one-year related experience.
