Hybrid Marketing Associate bei Habitat America

Habitat America, is a DC, MD, VA based property management company, seeking a Marketing Associate! This fun, fast paced, position allows you to network and utilize your creativity on a daily basis! This position requires frequent driving to assist at various properties within our property portfolio. Valid driver's license is required for consideration of this position. Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills to be considered for the position. 2+ years of prior marketing experience is preferred but not required. Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and businesses in the areas of our properties
• Identifies the appropriate locations for distribution of promotional advertisement and materials
• Attend promotional events for the property including but not limited to: on-site at the property, housing fairs, career fairs or competitor events
• Represent and promote assigned properties at various local events
• Attend various events and meetings to network and brand property
• Assist with the coordination of outreach marketing plans
• Determine strategic placement, and make presentation of information appealing for outreach purposes
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation required!
• Ability to read and write English fluently- Bi lingual is a plus!
• Ability to create excitement in prospects
• Outreach or sales experience preferred
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite- including Word, Excel, Power Point. Computer literacy required
• Must be flexible regarding hours worked and willing to assist with community events that may occur in the evening or at weekends
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
