About the Role:  

We're looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Quoting Associate to support our growing sales operations. In this role, you'll work directly under our Quoting Manager, helping to coordinate and execute pricing strategies for customer projects. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values speed, precision, and flexibility - perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment.  
 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Assist in managing quoting priorities based on business goals and sales team input.  
• Work cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, and sales to build full pricing models for customer products, including electronic and mechanical Bills of Materials, PCB fabrication, labor, and packaging. 
• Evaluate quote requests based on complexity, material availability, and strategic fit. 
• Ensure line-item accuracy, including but not limited to part numbers, packaging quantities, supplier location, design version, and ship-to details. 
• Communicate clearly with account executives and customers, providing guidance through the quoting process to customer-issued purchase order or no-bid decision.  
• Keep the CRM up-to-date with quote process updates, status, and changes necessary to facilitate the effective and timely completion of quotes. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred). 
• 2+ years of experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry. 
• Direct experience in the custom manufacturing quoting process. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with part numbers, packaging specs, and pricing structures. 
• Experience using and managing documents, spreadsheets, and working with Customer Relationship Management systems. 
• Available to work in-office Monday through Wednesday.
