Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Group Fitness Dance Instructor / Choreographer to lead dynamic and engaging fitness classes for a diverse group of participants. The ideal candidate will create a positive, inclusive environment that inspires individuals to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safety and proper technique.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead group fitness classes, including warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs, tailored to participants’ skill levels.

• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide modifications for various fitness levels.

• Motivate and encourage participants to stay active and engaged throughout the class.

• Monitor participants’ form and ensure safety to prevent injuries.

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all class attendees.

• Stay current on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.

• Set up and clean fitness equipment before and after classes.

• Promote upcoming classes and special programs to boost participation.

Requirements

• Certification in Group Fitness Instruction (e.g., AFAA, ACE, or similar).

• Experience leading group fitness classes (e.g., yoga, HIIT, spin, Zumba, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, safety guidelines, and anatomy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to energize and motivate groups of all fitness levels.

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
