Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and improve user experience. Promotes and develops marketing content through digital mediums and channels including but not limited to social media, television, mobile, E-books, and video marketing. Acts as a subject matter expert and point of contact for digital marketing related initiatives an organizational level.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Partners with the marketing and communications teams to optimize and improve existing marketing content and create new content development opportunities.
2. Actively leverages and works on digital marketing activities such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, and web metrics/analytics.
3. Contributes to building website content and analyzes website metrics such as number of visitors and campaign effectiveness to optimize and enhance marketing initiatives.
4. Prepares reports and analytics on digital marketing campaigns and presents to the leadership for review.
5. Assists with keyword research and curates content with the marketing team based on keywords to generate sales, improve web traffic, and ensure alignment with digital goals.
6. Manages the organization's social media presence and the online community.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Social Media and Web content creation or relevant area.
Preferred:
1. Experience working with web analytics and marketing technology such as Market, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent.
2. Experience working in a Health Care facility, Hospital System or relevant area.
