Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting general repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
• Inspecting and troubleshooting building systems
• Performing routine maintenance and equipment checks
• Ensuring safety standards and regulations are met
• Handling landscaping, pest control, and other upkeep tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous maintenance experience is required
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC/building maintenance certification a plus!)
• Skills: Knowledge of tools, general repairs, and troubleshooting
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in various environments
