Position Overview

Receive and review Military Distributor orders for processing and forwarding to respective Manufacturer.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process Distributor orders according to operating procedures
  • Compile and distribute completed Distributor invoice packages to and from the Accounts Payable team
  • Review ROA order log daily for accuracy and completeness
  • Follow-up daily with team members about issues with orders
  • Ensure the proper documentation is being obtained prior to Distributor invoicing
  • Resolve issues with orders/ shipments/ invoices that need your involvement

Skills and Competency Requirements

  • Excellent data entry and 10 key calculator skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Well organized and pay great attention to detail
  • Works independently or as part of a team
  • Have good customer service skills in order to handle manufacturer calls
  • Must be able to work under deadlines while handling multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of office systems including file retention and records
  • Experience in use of office equipment including phone, fax and copier
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs including MS Office: Excel, Outlook and Word

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and type or type for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, twist and stoop to access all files and cabinets
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 20 lbs.
