The Opportunity
The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP), which operates the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program, is a 501(c)(3) that assists over 4,000 qualified families in moving from areas of concentrated poverty and obtaining quality and affordable housing in communities with strong schools, low crime, and ample job opportunities in high opportunity areas within Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties.
BRHP is seeking a Project Manager who is committed to expanding Housing Mobility programs. Duties include working with external stakeholders to launch or improve housing counseling programs, developing training and outreach materials, and assisting the Managing Director of Research and Innovation with consulting and business development needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee external consulting engagements to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, set deadlines, and track progress.
• Manage programming needs for external consulting work, including with housing providers, Mobility Works, and regional agencies.
• Serve as a liaison between BRHP and consulting-related partners.
• Help design and create written and graphic materials for training and engagement.
• Conduct as-needed meetings and check-ins with consulting clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare reports, and track progress.
• Conduct trainings and webinars about Housing Mobility programs and policies.
• Digest and summarize documents from external partners.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 4+ years project or program management experience
• Ability to communicate with and develop positive, professional relationships with clients
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Zoom. Adobe Suite preferred
• Excellent oral, written communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Outgoing, flexible, and energetic
• Familiarity with care providers in the Baltimore region (Baltimore City, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Hartford and Howard Counties) preferred
• Familiarity with Housing Mobility, Fair Housing, or voucher administration preferred
• Occasional travel may be required

• Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm; 40 hours per week
• Salary: $67,000K – 75,000K annually
