Halcyon Home is seeking a dedicated IT Support & Business Assistant Full Time to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with a can-do spirit, an eye for technical details, and a strong knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities:
- Provides information system support, which may include, planning, development, and implementation of the Agency- wide integrated computer system.
- Assist new hires with log in info for all software systems used within the organization
- Manage iPads, office phones and computer equipment on site, catalogue assigned and unassigned devices
- Facilitates the communications system through maintenance of computers and software updates.
- Educates staff on computer and software utilization.
- Provides data entry support, when necessary.
- Provides effective communication to team members and maintains confidentiality.
- Performs other duties as required and as specific to training.
Requirements
- High school graduate (college preferred)
- Two years direct information management experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, considers themselves tech-savvy
- Excellent computer skills required, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Ability to use word processing applications and document management software
- Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping, Quickbooks Online is a plus
